This beautiful song book for piano & voice \"Esther, For Such a Time as This\", available as a digital download, tells the riveting story of the time when Jews in ancient Persia faced a foe named Haman, and how a brave young queen risked her life to save her people. If you look closely, you will see that my student's fingers have 2, 3, and 4 drawn in ink on them with red ink, to match the black keys diagram of the printed page \"Hot Cross Buns.\" (RED for right hand; LIME for left hand.) Indeed it could - and does, in my studio. I used to use \"the Purple book\" for my new students' first few lessons, as it has several pages focusing on the black keys, but my own book is easier to read and figure out for students and parents alike.
