Payment Method: Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal, Trade etc

The website will display all the information. As well as any description you supply.


Submitting Photos:

Save your photo with Last Name and Title of Work in Jpeg format

If you have a Google Drive, place your photos there, you can post the links in the submission Form.


Contact Information:

Potential buyers will be able to find you by your website or social media or by your email.

List your website, Instagram, Facebook, Etsy, or other web presence.

In the question “E-mail” please indicate if you wish your email to be shown on the website so purchasers can contact you.


The website states “Shipping Not Included” on each product page. Please keep this in mind when setting a price to your work. Currently its your responsibility to mail out yourself. We can assist with Local deliveries if needed.


How Backstage Art Aid can help:

When working with a Volunteer, you must fill out this Waiver/Release of Liability

and apply all Covid Compliance Standards


Current Sales Option:

To complete a sale a purchaser/patron will contact you directly and you will complete the sale with your own payment preference.

You make arrangements for delivery or arrange for help our volunteer program.

If work is in the Gallery, it can be picked up there by scheduled appointment.

Let us know if Art has been Sold! We can mark on our site as such, gather new material from You and Celebrate your work finding a happy home.


Backstage Art Aid started to support the Health and Welfare of its Local 16 Members. We only request that a percentage of your sales go towards either your own COBRA or to another member’s COBRA. Another option is to donate to Behind The Scenes, which supports entertainment industry professionals in times of need.

You may submit up to 5 pieces at a time and two total submission forms. Please fill out the forms completely and pay attention to the photo file name requirements. There is no need to submit pieces currently on the website.
